Robert Salmieriは、ニューヨーク・ブルックリンを拠点とする画家・版画家・デザイナーです。
古典的な美術教育を受け、20年間にわたるテキスタイルデザイナーとしての経験を経て、現代抽象主義を追求しています。
個展・グループ展を多数開催する一方、自然の構造やパターンに着想を得た独自の作風で知らています。

この絵本は単なる自然描写を超えて、都市における公園の役割を問いかけていきます。
